What are your delivery options and costs?

We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £40. For orders under £40, standard delivery costs £3.99.

  • Standard Delivery (3-5 business days): Free over £40, otherwise £3.99
  • Express Delivery (1-2 business days): £7.99
  • Next Day Delivery: £9.99 (order before 3pm)
What is your returns and refunds policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in their original condition with all packaging and tags intact.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team or log into your account and select the order you wish to return. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.

Note: Some items such as opened software or personalized products may not be eligible for return.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history. Click on the specific order to see detailed tracking information and estimated delivery date.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

All payments are processed securely using industry-standard SSL encryption. We never store your full card details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, as long as it hasn't been dispatched yet.

To modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

If your order has already been dispatched, you can still return it using our standard returns process once you receive it.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to multiple countries worldwide. You can select your country/region using the selector in the footer of our website.

International shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. These will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Please note: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I change my currency/region?

You can change your shopping region and currency by using the region selector located in the footer of every page.

Simply hover over the "Shipping to:" section, select your preferred country from the dropdown menu, and the site will automatically update prices and shipping options for your selected region.

What if I receive a damaged or faulty item?

We're very sorry if you receive a damaged or faulty item. Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and your order number.

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping if required.

For warranty claims on products, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty information included with your product.
