We want you to shop with confidence at Archer Ecom Ltd t/a Evogiant. This page explains our warranty cover, returns process, and refund approach. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
Warranty
All eligible Evogiant chargers are supplied with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
What the warranty covers
The warranty generally covers faults arising from defective materials or workmanship under normal intended use, including:
- manufacturing defects
- hardware component failure during normal use
- firmware or software faults
- faulty cables or connectors, where applicable, subject to the product-specific warranty period
Where a shorter warranty period applies to a specific component, this will be stated on the relevant product listing or product documentation.
What the warranty does not cover
The warranty does not cover faults or damage resulting from:
- incorrect installation
- misuse, neglect, or improper handling
- accidental, physical, or cosmetic damage
- unauthorised repairs, alterations, or third-party modifications
- use outside the product’s intended purpose or contrary to instructions
- normal wear and tear
We may ask for photographs, a description of the fault, proof of purchase, or other reasonable information to assess a warranty claim.
Returns
If you change your mind, you may return most unused items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are returned in their original condition, unused, and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to reduce or refuse a refund where returned items show signs of use, damage, missing parts, or handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them.
Some items may be excluded from return unless faulty, including products that are customised, specially ordered, damaged after delivery, or otherwise non-returnable under applicable law.
How to return an item
Contact us
Please submit your request through the contact form available on our website with your order number and brief reason for return. We will review your request and provide return instructions where applicable.
Prepare the return
Please package the item securely, ideally in its original packaging, and follow the return instructions provided. Where a return label is offered, it should be attached as instructed.
Inspection and refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process any approved refund to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 5 to 7 business days after inspection, although your payment provider may take longer to credit the funds.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible through the contact form available on our website with your order number and details of the issue. We may request photographs or further information to help us assess and resolve the problem quickly.
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or not as ordered, we will arrange an appropriate remedy in line with your legal rights. This may include a repair, replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
Important notes
- Proof of purchase may be required for all returns, refunds, and warranty claims.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law.
- Return processing times may vary during busy periods.
- We recommend that returns are packaged carefully to avoid damage in transit.
